(ITresources), an IT services and staffing company, was recently awarded an overall 4.21 out of a possible five-point scale in its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Over 1,700 surveys were distributed for 2007 with a remarkable company-response rate of 56%!
ITresources has been conducting annual surveys for the past 13 years, to ensure its clients are delighted with our services. Every year, and again this year, the survey results showed Professionalism of the Staff as the highest score. This year the score was 4.36.
The second highest score was Quality of Work Produced at 4.22. With many large successful development projects in the past year, we are pleased that our Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5 foundation not only warranted they were delivered on time and within budget, but that our clients were highly-satisfied with the quality of the deliverables.
A large majority of our clients surveyed also said they would be willing to refer ITresources. When asked, “How strongly would you recommend ITresources to a business associate?” a resounding 78% responded with a Yes.
