Buena Park, CA – October 1, 2006 – Information Technology Resources, Inc. (ITresources), an IT services and staffing company, was recently awarded an overall 4.27 out of a possible five-point scale in its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Over 1,800 surveys were distributed for 2006 with an astounding company-response rate of 59%!

ITresources’ clients were asked to rate their satisfaction level on a scale of 0 – 5, with 5 being the highest possible rating awarded. The 4.27 out of a possible 5 rating becomes all the more impressive considering the caliber of clients surveyed and the interpersonal and technical factors involved in achieving such an overall score. For example:

Sample questions – Clients were asked to rate ITresources on attributes including: professionalism, timeliness of response to requests, quality of services delivered, ability to address issues and concerns, and Account Management. Clients were also asked to rate each IT service provided from a technical perspective, including: Desktop Support, Network Systems, Support Center/Help Desk services, eBusiness and Web Solutions, Voice/Data Communications, Systems Development, Computer Operations, and Hosting and Supplemental Staffing, as applicable.

One final survey question measured perhaps the most important customer rating of service and value – “How strongly would you recommend ITresources to a business associate?” An overwhelming 81% of ITresources customers responded positively.
