Hotchkis and Wiley Capital Management has recently selected ITresources as a business partner to provide and manage technology services. Hotchkis and Wiley is an investment management firm overseeing $32 billion in domestic value equity assets for institutional and mutual fund investors. Services that ITresources will provide for their new client include:

Remote management of Hotchkis and Wiley’s server infrastructure on a 24x7 basis, including comprehensive monitoring of the servers and firewalls, server and operating system availability; hardware performance; server disk, CPU and memory utilization; bandwidth analysis; traffic performance; event-log management and administration.
Server maintenance — patch/service pack management, testing and deployment; capacity planning; maintenance and tuning of the firm’s server environment.
Technology consulting and implementation support.
