At this month’s Southern California Quality Assurance Association (SCQAA) meeting, Jim Cisneros, Vice President Systems Development for ITresources will be the key note speaker. Having successfully reached the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM) “Level 5” Jim will step his guests through what drove ITresources to pursue this goal, how ITresources went about it, the length of time it took, what did and didn’t work well during the five level process and the benefits of having achieved this level of certification.
