ITresources wishes to announce their most recent client, Vanguard Health Systems California Market. Vanguard Health Systems selected our HDI certified Help Desk services over several of our leading competitors. ITresources is honored to have the opportunity to provide Help Desk services to several of Vanguard’s critical patient care facilities.

The parent company, Vanguard Health Systems owns and operates 19 high quality acute care hospitals, two ambulatory centers, five diagnostics imaging centers and many other related health care services in five primary markets; Phoenix, Arizona, Orange County, California, Chicago, Illinois, Framingham and Natick, Massachusetts and San Antonio, Texas. Vanguard’s strategy is to develop locally branded comprehensive health care delivery networks that enhance the treatment of the patient and communities they serve.

Working with an extremely tight Help Desk transition time-line, ITresources partnered with Vanguard pooling key resources from both teams to plan and execute the transition.

A customized support configuration.
Well defined Service Level Agreements.
Process improvements to Vanguard’s operating environment with proven best practices policies and procedures.
An active Account Manager as Vanguard’s client advocate.
Designated Help Desk Specialist “lead”.
Daily, weekly and monthly Service Level Agreement reports.
Regularly scheduled client meetings.
Random and annual client surveys to better understand how our support is being received.
