When Penn Litho, a recognized leader in the commercial print industry since 1934, needed a fulfillment software package to support its new business initiative, the company selected ITresources to lead the effort to evaluate and recommend the best solution.

Once the evaluation was completed, Penn Litho selected the recommended vendor software and again turned to ITresources to develop the most effective technical implementation approach and to manage the implementation of its direct mail, fulfillment and accounting software. This implementation is underway based on the technical solution that best fit the needs of Penn Litho. ITresources also worked with the software vendor in a collaborative effort to provide a seamless total solution to the Penn Litho users.

In a phased approach, ITresources will provide ongoing support to the new system and will implement the print modules.

The ongoing support will involve hosting and monitoring the server and resolving any network and telecommunications technical issues.
During the phase that will implement the vendor print modules, ITresources will be responsible for all IT related work and the overall project management of the software implementation.
